Service by appointment only.​

Monday-Friday    9-6
Service outside of normal hours will incur additional costs.

RATES:
$25 per hour
$15 per half hour
Minimum charge is $15.

Transport to/from airports:
​Bush Intercontinental - IAH    $100 each way
Houston Hobby   $125 each way
​Austin   $125 each way
 
 

POLICIES:

• Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
• Hourly fees do not include merchandise.  Any purchases made on client's behalf will be added to the service charge.
• The Errand Lady cannot guarantee any purchases made on the client's behalf.
• Returned checks will incur a $25 fee in addition to any fees charged by your bank.
• If you have to cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. If notice is not received prior to the errand starting, client is responsible for any fees incurred, in addition to a cancellation fee.
  
• No refunds will be given.
• A deposit may be required if purchases are being made on the client's behalf.
